2 most recent checking and savings statements for applicant and homeowner
2 most recent paystubs from all sources for all residents in the home (paystubs, alimony/child support statements, social security statements, disability payments, settlements, etc…) Total income for the home cannot exceed limits in table
Deed and/or mortgage statements
Most recent property tax statement with proof of payment
Homeowners insurance (if current)
